Frontend Developer.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to craft intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces for our web applications. You will translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible code that delivers an exceptional user experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend engineers and product designers to ensure seamless integration between client-side and server-side components. You will also champion frontend best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, and a genuine passion for building products that users love.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Translate UI/UX designs from Figma or similar tools into clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies, and efficient rendering techniques.
• Collaborate with backend developers to design and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure component reliability and prevent regressions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework: React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Vuex, or Zustand.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Rollup.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript in a production environment.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation using Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries like Storybook.
• Experience with performance monitoring and analytics tools such as Lighthouse or Sentry.
