About the Role

We are recruiting Graduate Trainees to join our structured trainee program. This program is designed to develop talented recent graduates into future leaders by providing exposure to multiple departments, hands-on project work, mentorship, and formal training.

The ideal candidate graduated within the last two years, has completed NYSC, and demonstrates strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a drive to excel. We are looking for individuals who are curious, adaptable, and ready to be challenged.

Graduate trainees who successfully complete the program will be placed into full-time roles within the company based on their performance, strengths, and the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation across multiple departments to gain broad business exposure.
• Complete assigned projects, tasks, and learning modules within each rotation.
• Attend formal training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meetings as scheduled.
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and project summaries to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members across departments and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
• Seek feedback actively and demonstrate continuous improvement throughout the program.
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and the trainee program guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (minimum of Second Class Upper / 2:1) from a recognised university.
• Graduated within the last 2 years.
• Completion of NYSC with discharge or exemption certificate.
• Maximum age of 26 years (some programmes may vary).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to be assigned to any department or location based on business needs.

Nice to Have

• Postgraduate degree or professional certifications in progress.
• Leadership experience from university or extracurricular activities.
• Previous internship experience in a relevant industry.
• Fluency in more than one Nigerian language.
